Graduate Web Software Engineer / Developer

A fantastic opportunity for a talented Graduate Web Software Engineer / Developer, to join one of the most exciting software companies in Cambridge, offering the opportunity to design and develop a cutting-edge machine-learning software platform.

This company are on a very exciting growth trajectory, offering an abundance of career progression opportunities, plus are well-versed in hiring at graduate level so have the support and training on offer to kick-start your Software Engineering career.

Location – Cambridge (starting remotely due to Covid)

Salary – £30,000 – £40,000 + fantastic benefits

Requirements for Graduate Web Software Engineer / Developer

* You must have, or be expecting, a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a top tier university

* Minimum of ABB at A-Level (or equivalent UCAS points) – please ensure this is listed on your CV if applying

* A keen interest in web technologies and development.

* Knowledge in ONE or more of the following: JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js, PHP, Backbone.js, d3.js, jQuery, Less/CSS or jQuery

* A good eye for UI/UX Design

* Ability to quickly pick up new technologies – this company believe in using the best tech for a project, so if you don’t know a tech, you’ll have the opportunity to learn it

* Enthusiastic, excellent problem-solving abilities and be keen to learn.

Responsibilities for Graduate Web Software Engineer / Developer

* Design and develop a web-based cutting-edge machine learning platform, using a diverse toolset. Recent projects have included JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js, Backbone.js, d3.js, jQuery, Less/CSS and jQuery
