Business Analyst of the CRM system to drive continuous Improvements and operational efficiencies Ongoing support and maintenance of Dynamics 365 (Connect) to ensure the smooth running of the system; First point of contact for troubleshooting of the issues to the system; 1st line support for Business users; Leading on scoping business requirements and testing effort + detailed analysis of results and learnings Lead in identifying business training needs to support user adoption Efficient liaison between Business and IT functions and 3rd party vendors to further enhance and develop the systemMain Responsibilities:- CRM Data Administrator
CRM maintenance and development
Business Analyst of Microsoft Dynamics 365 system to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies; Successful rollout of Connect system and business process support for business users during and after launch; Timely support for BAU: any issues raised are resolved or escalated; Take a lead in resolving process and functional issues for Business users; Identifying and scoping business needs for all departments for system enhancement and further development; Assist Project Manager in organising UAT and Regression testing where required; Liaison between the business functions and IT and various system administrators and vendorsBusiness Process and Data
Active role in New Centres/Programmes set up Ensure Connect data is accurate, kept up-to-date and consistent across all integrated systems (Connect, Product Catalogue, EBS); Lead on D365 business workflows support; Assist IT and Business Data Administrator in annual curriculum rollover Lead on Xpertdoc Smart Flows document management templates and workflows within D365; and maintain development flow cycle in line with standard D365 promotional practices Lead on research and in-house support for the Marketing application plugin for D365 In liaison with Agent Support, lead on Agent database clean upBusiness analysis activities
Lead on Business Analysis activities on CRM system related to the sales, conversion, marketing, finance, centre, agent support and admissions processes and feeding into various forums and groups to assist management decisions;o Optimisation of Student referral process with University partners
Any other future project work and support for Global Sales Operations Director, Global Recruitment and Marketing Director and company CEOsExperience Required:- CRM Data Administrator / Data Business Analyst / Business Support Analyst
* Advanced Excel skills - Formulas, VLookups, Pivot Tables (MUST)
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experienced (Highly Desirable)
* CRM Experience & SQL reporting (High Desirable)
* 1st Line Support experience for business & ICT / Systems Administration experience (Huge Plus)
* Educated to Degree level in either IT, Business, Finance or similar
* 2 years+ experience as a CRM Data Administration / Business Admin Analyst / Business Support Analyst
* Excellent IT experiences - Product data, pricing maintenance, & User Acceptance Testing Activities (UAT)
* Similar roles as a DBA, Business Data Administrator, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, etc
* KEY: An outgoing personality who is influential in their delivery to improve business practice
This is a full time, permanent role - Official Title being a Business Support Analyst - CRM Data Administrator position, based in Cambridge, working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £35,000 pa & excellent company benefits. The role will be working from home sometimes to start with and will be returning back to HQ in Cambridge full-time soon.
