We are looking for a personable 2nd line technician to join our global retail client and support in the IT Service Management team. You will be instrumental in rolling out gold standard ITIL best practices across every country
We are looking for you to take ownership and help drive the improvements. You will be responsible for delivering training to staff members, reporting on projects, managing ServiceNow tickets and completing a variety of onboarding administrative tasks. Ideally you will come from an IT Support background, following ITIL processes, where you have improved or implemented IT service improvements.
You'll need to be: · Analytical - you'll have to understand and assess all the different support processes · Demonstrate where you have implemented or improved IT support processes · Personable - You will provide training for, and build relationships across the global business. · Any experience of following ITIL processes and ITSM tool \ IT call logging platforms would be great - ServiceNow would be advantageous!
This is a 12 month, fixed term role initially. Location - Atherstone (1 day per week working remotely) £32,000- £46,000
