|Application Support Analyst
Mid-Essex – (2 days in office, 3 from home)
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
An Application Support Analyst with experience in providing support and analysis for the customers is needed for a software house based Mid-Essex.
The company provide a number of software solutions to clients, particularly within the insurance sector and are looking to add another Analyst into the team. This role will see you working directly with customers on capturing / confirming requirements, recommending and presenting solutions to problems and providing post live support to their solutions making sure they receive the best service possible.
This role will see you working between the customer, development team, QA's and the rest of the delivery team. You'll combine analysis, support and configuration so you’ll need to have skills and experience in all these areas such as requirements capture, configuring of software applications and be able to use SQL to manage data and build reports. A background within Software Development would be ideal as you need to understand the SDLC and how customers requirements are managed from the customer through to development, Test, implementation and into production.
The key requirements to be successful in this role include hands on SQL knowledge, a background within the insurance industry and exceptional communication skills.
