Digital Technology Analyst Responsibilities:
The Digital Technology Analyst will be responsible for the engineering and architecture of the Society’s technical infrastructure, focused on digital platforms (including Microsoft 365), ensuring they meet the business needs of the Society.
You will work with Microsoft 365 technologies to deliver the right digital tools to connect and support employees and volunteers, wherever they are, to encourage productivity, engagement, and collaboration.
You will also work on technologies to support our externally facing digital systems, digital payment and donations solutions, Content Management Systems (Drupal), CDN (Cloudflare), DNS, omnichannel marketing platforms, hosting, SAAS Bulk email solutions.
Digital Technology Analyst Requirements:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Technology Analyst, who has previously with a range of cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365.
You will be a passionate advocate of using low/no code SAAS solutions to help deliver our ambitious strategy.
You will have experience in many of the following the following core infrastructure areas: digital payment and donations solutions, Content Management Systems (Drupal), CDN (Cloudflare), DNS, omnichannel marketing platforms, hosting, LAMP stack, HTML/CSS, SAAS Bulk email solutions.
You will have experience using and promoting the use of the full range of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint online, Teams, Forms, Microsoft lists, Yammer, PowerApps and Power Automate.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills to work collaboratively with the business and project teams at all levels. Excellent facilitation and influencing skills and the ability to produce high quality documentation is essential.
