Are you a hands-on Software Development Technical Leader and Senior Developer looking for an exciting and diverse role, working for a market leading commercial software business within product innovation?

If yes, this opportunity could be your chance to take your career to the next level, working on some very advanced software development projects, leading a team of Software Developers in the design, development, prototyping and delivery of advanced and complex new product lines!

You will be responsible for ensuring that technical strategies and targets set for your team are implemented across the entire development and technology stack you will be using in the research, development and technical delivery of new software products and offerings.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are adhered to in the development of software and you will also be responsible for IT Governance and Commercial Productivity.

You will help to develop a collaborative environment, enabling you and the team to work across the company in a much more efficient way, reducing silos and complexity, allowing you to bring ideas and enterprise-grade applications to market much more quickly.

This role would be perfect for a hands-on Senior Software Developer with Technical Leader experience - you would be responsible for software development, testing, planning and technical implementation.

The role is 75% development and coding based so you MUST be predominately coding and programming focused.

To be considered for this very exciting position you will need to demonstrate an in-depth and successful background/track record working as a Software Development Team Leader and Senior Developer, utilising a mixture of the following languages, tools, technologies and methodologies;

C# (.Net, .NET Core, MVC) Front End and Back End Development SOLID Principles TDD, BDD, DDD Practices Test Automation Continuous Integration and Deployment Analysis, Design and Architecture Cloud Services & Platforms (Azure)The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be great at building relationships both internal and external, you will have strong interpersonal, managerial and negotiating skills, and you will be able to communicate technical details and ideas to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
