Business Development Manager
Salary - 60-80k Base + OTE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday
Perm - remote working with the option to work from the centre London office in Victoria
A Global Digital Software Company that delivers bespoke digital architect solutions to a wide variety of clients. From design and coding through to fully managed services, executed with a first-class service. To meet their growth initiatives and really create their digital footprint they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
* Build brand awareness
* Generate new, high value leads
* Identify and develop prospects
* Sell as-a-Service products (Cloud migration, digital transformation etc.)
* New client lead generation and conversion activities
* Deliver to sales and profit target
* Accurate and regular pipeline reporting - with clear commercials and percentage probabilities to allow for accurate cash flow forecasting
* Demonstrate a commercial acumen to understand full financials surrounding new business activity from business investment to opportunity sizing and scrutiny
* Deliver consultative and detailed opportunity qualification; extracting a clear understanding of the client's brief, challenges and pain points, and matching them to the solutions we provide
* Grows and maintains relationships with customer prospects through pro-active sales activity
* Plan and prepare presentations for pitches Manage net new clients on an ongoing basis, to extend & expand our work with them, and maximise our revenues.
* Maintain suitable Account Management plans, where applicable, that drive opportunity and revenue in key clients.
* Improve, refine and evolve presentation material and other collateral on an ongoing basis
* Contribute to Business Development tasks of key account opportunities when required

* Understand/utilise marketing campaigns for lead generation
* Knowledgeable on all Managed Service offerings

* Understand the move to the cloud
You NEED to know the ‘lay of the land’ and have knowledge of the Tech Digital Sector, to have confidence in your ability to talk to highly skilled engineers and walk a client through the 360 cycle, understanding the needs and wants of their business and also solutions of how to meet their expectations |
