IT Analyst Location: Hillington, Glasgow Salary: £18-24k DOE Contract: Full time & Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours) About Us IQA Group is a leading provider of utility contracting services to Distribution Network Operators, the private sector and the public sector across the UK. To support this grown we are looking to recruit an IT Analyst to join our team in Hillington, Glasgow. About the Role This position's primary focus is in the areas of computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and data management, you will performs a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth running and delivery of technology services. This support will be carried out both in person and remotely. There will be a requirement for some national travel. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting Devices including * Android Devices * Windows 10 devices * Windows server devices * Maintain asset database and track changes. * 1st and 2nd line support of all systems and services Key applications include * Microsoft Dynamics * Q-Pulse (Data Management System) * Microsoft Office 365 * Understanding of Software/Hardware and ability to find solutions to issues. * Basic active directory administration including: * Account creation, Password reset, Security group management. * Maintain a high degree of customer service. * Analyse historical issues to find potential problems, solutions or better ways of working. * Maintain departmental documentation to a high standard. * Work alongside IT team to maintain and develop secure and resilient IT systems. * Works with other areas within Elecnor as required. * Creatively utilise existing technology in ways which benefits the business. Experience & Abilities: * Degree Qualified (Technology related). * Experience with Windows environments preferably Windows 10 and Microsoft Server 2012. * Microsoft Office 365. * Experience with Cloud based environments. * Google Apps for Business. * Q-Pulse/Quality Management Systems. * Microsoft Dynamics/ ERP Systems. * Windows server administration. * Application development. * SQL report writing. * Information Security standards Benefits: 22 days holidays plus 8 statutory holidays If you have the skills and experience, we require for this role, please click on the APPLY button and forward an up to date CV and cover letter.
