Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced web designer to develop and manage our portfolio of WordPress Websites along with some Amazon/eBay account management. You will have experience with using WordPress and plug-ins as this will be your main focus. HTML / CSS experience is essential. This is a full-time role and will not suit anyone that is looking for freelance work. All candidates must be dedicated wholly to our business and tasks they are given.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Creating & maintaining high- quality bespoke WordPress websites

* Maintenance of existing features & plug-ins

* Ongoing tasks include maintaining accurate content, re-writing SEO-rich content, reviewing competitor and third-party activity, creating new product listings and implementing our digital branding elements and imagery with a high degree of accuracy

* Contributing to the development of new features

* Ensuring the security of the platform content

* Staying up to date with the latest WordPress updates and the effects that come with these updates

* Can spot and rectify problems

* Other ad-hoc digital Marketing tasks required by the business

Experience and Knowledge

* Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a web design / digital marketing role

* Understanding of WordPress design/development and plugin maintenance, with a demonstrable portfolio

* Photoshop Required

* Knowledge of SEO and PPC, and how these can be implemented

* A good understanding of WooCommerce plugin/ others

* Some HTML / CSS / PHP experience would be highly beneficial but not essential

* Knowledge and testing of code to enhance quality and bug-fixes useful

· Working knowledge of the Google Development tools and Google Analytics and be able to show reports

· Personal Profile

* Forward-thinking, ambitious and passionate about online marketing with a strong desire to succeed

* Excellent communication skills and ability to create well-written emails and reports

* Enthusiastic team-player with strong project management / organisational skills
