|IT Product Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience) + Pension
Hours: Mon to Fri 10:00 – 19:00, (with 1 hour for lunch) + occasional overtime

An exciting opportunity to work in fresh and vibrant company based inside the world-famous Pinewood Studios. Uni-versal Extras are a highly successful Extras casting agency. We have supplied extras, walk-ons, background and supporting artists for TV, Film, and Commercials for over ten years.
To support our current exceptionally high rates of growth and profitability, we are looking for Product Manager to work across the business. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure Uni-versal Extras always has the correct product & platform to efficiently meet (exceed) the needs of our clients and extras.
This will be done through the on-going development and performance management of Uni-versal Extras product proposition and by ensuring that Uni-versal Extras stakeholder experience is exceptional, not just in the industry but by any measure. As such, the role owns the primary business platform (mobile & web) and product set. It will heavily influence Customer Support, Creative and Marketing Communications functions to ensure ‘best fit’ of those functions within the customer experience.
Ideally you are an experienced Product & Platform Manager in a fast moving, technology led business, perhaps recruitment or managed services – with a demonstrably successful track record in a similar role and have extensive experience in delivering high focused, niche creative services products at volume, in line with budgeted cost per acquisition.
Support of Direct Customer Acquisition Platforms (Web, Mobile, Social, etc.) Ownership of non-Direct Customer Acquisition platforms (CRM) Execute Uni-versal Extras ‘Go to Market’ & Product Proposition Support the maintenance and growth Uni-versal Extras Brand & Product Awareness through ‘best in market’ products and offers Support the establishment and growth of Regional Sales & Marketing Operations Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships Produce weekly and monthly summaries for the Management team and Board IT Technical Support
Workstation administration Diagnosing hardware and software issues with the help of 3rd parties e.g. RingCentral Mobile device management Laptop, desktop and tablet troubleshooting and resolution Troubleshooting issues with in-house platforms Personal Requirements:

Able to employ multiple business levers (product updates, promotions, business platform improvements) Excellent numeracy, analytical, planning and presentational skills. Effective communication skills Able to work effectively and productively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent writing, creative and planning skills Has strong persuasion and influencing skills. Manages multiple projects and tasks effectively Effective time management skills High standard of accuracy and attention to detail Desired Skills & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years' professional experience in a similar role Demonstratable platform development roadmap, development delivery, system performance experience Internal stakeholder management (Commercial, Operations, Technology, Finance) Daily/Weekly/Monthly product performance monitoring and management Agency management & performance Extensive Expertise with key digital marketing platforms – Google, Facebook, Bing, etc… Experience with digital operational platforms – WordPress, Wix, Square Space, Zoho, Drupal, etc..
