Cathcart Associates are helping a client near Manchester find an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis. I’m helping a forward- thinking services organisation who have had massive success in client growth over the past year, which has allowed them to invest heavily into their support team.
The Helpdesk Engineer will join a support team and be involved in supporting client’s using the latest technology to get the job done quickly and proficiently. You will be working major client accounts logging over 50 calls in one day.
Key Skills & Experience
** Prior Service Desk experience
** Good verbal and written skills
** Office 365 / Office 2013
** Remote Support
** Windows Desktop 7,8 & 10
** Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016)
** Hardware Support – printers , desktops, think clients
** Telephony Support
** funding towards training courses
** Working hours 9am – 5pm – Mon/ Fri
