To provide quality maintenance and support of the our client’s staff - user based IT hardware and software, with particular emphasis with high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
Degree or HND Computing qualification or equivalent proven knowledge within IT and Hardware.
Previous experience of working within a help desk / service desk to support within a IT technical support role. Knowledge of MS Office, PC & Server Hardware & Trouble shooting, MS windows 7 and Active Directory.
