|We have the pleasure of exclusively recruiting for a rapidly growing ISP & software house in Peterborough. My client is looking for Senior Service Desk to join their growing team.
This role is suited to an individual with about 3 years experience within a service desk, working at a 2nd line level. The ideal candidate should have a broad technical skill set, but more importantly comfortable with managing/mentoring apprentices/1st line.
You will be part of the day to day technical support team, responsible for liaising with clients over the phone & email, troubleshooting any queries of problems that arise. You will be tasked as being the most senior member of the Service desk, and acting as a mentor/team leader towards the team. You must be able to show initiative and leadership within your role, acting as a last point of escalation for your colleagues.
