|ECS Group are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a global provider of IT Solutions on a contract bases.
As the Service Desk Analyst you will be the first port of contact for all IT related issues. You will either resolve on the first call or pass on to the relevant department.
Skills: Extensive experience within a customer service environment Windows 10 / 7 experience Previous MAC support experience Recent experience of working on a Help Desk Experience of working with Remedy or Service Now
