|Due to company expansion, a successful organisation in Slough is looking for someone to support between their help desk function and Infrastructure. They are ideally looking for a relevant degree and previous help desk experience. This will initially be a 1 year contract but could be extended to 2 years.
The role will be customer-focused with in the Service Desk Team, responsible for provision of IT service desk and associated capabilities. The role holder is the first point of contact for all staff with an IT question or problem, and works closely with internal staff, the in-house IT team and 3rd party suppliers for day-to-day provision of IT end-user support. The role will also work with the IT Infrastructure and Change teams to assist in projects and portfolios of change, providing insight into business requirements and use of applications/services, and testing
