|We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to assist in the design, development and implementation of existing and new products to meet strategic objectives within the Service and Operations Departments at our clients European Head Office based in Reading, Berkshire and which will include some European travel.
Key Area of Responsibilities
* To assist in the design, development and implementation of existing and new products to meet strategic objectives within the Service and Operations function * To provide ongoing customer management and support to existing and new customers * Data analysis * Use of web-based technologies for delivering products and services, especially dashboards and data presentation * Working in a team environment to meet delivery deadlines * Assist in the design, development, implementation and ongoing support of existing and new applications:
* Gathering and analysing customer requirements * Writing customer and functional / technical specifications * Managing the testing and release of the final product
* Good interpersonal and organisational skills * Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills * MS Visio, MS OneNote and MS Project * Use of Webex * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) * Good presentation skills; ability to deliver customer training and demonstrations * Ability to produce clear and concise user guides and customer specifications * Ability to work on own initiative. * Good customer liaison skills. * Excellent co-ordination, prioritisation, planning and organisation of tasks. * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to delegate work * Ability to pick up and develop new skills quickly * Able to travel to Europe (1 to 3 day trips to Europe, sometimes at short notice)
