Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Facilities Manager on behalf of a client in the Harrogate area.

This is a great opportunity to work for a well established local business.

The Company offers use of full on site facilities such as gym, swimming pool, laundry service. Free on site car park and company benefits. Training and induction is provided for new starters.

The role will involve supervising a team that provides technical service-related support for the business. Ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to business specifications. As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between your team and upper management.

The successful candidate must have:

Excellent knowledge of Excel, calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language

Ability to use FM CAFM system is essential for this role.
