|IT Support Technician - Up to £21,000 per annum - Permanent - Norwich
My client has an exciting, new opportunity to join their busy IT team. You will be involved in first line support to internal users.
Key duties required:
• Diagnosing and solving • Logging customer/employee queries • Providing technical support in the timely resolution of incidents related to hardware, software and telephony. • Works to agreed SLAs and ensures all incident information is recorded in correct manner in order to provide accurate data for report management
You will need to understand and comply with Service Level Agreements for all clients to assign all issues to bug or issue status and priority. My client will also need you to provide support all clients and prospects aiming to ensure a high level of client satisfaction directly based on accurate expectations.
