|ICT Support Manager/ Information & Communications Technology Manager /Help desk Manager
£35,000 per annum
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Must hold a valid driving licence
37.5 hours a week Mon – Friday Flexitime

To provide leadership, guidance and support to the ICT support team and manage an effective programme of ICT support across the group structure.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for developing performance of an integrated ICT system incorporating direct delivery and outsourced contracts.
Help desk support
Help develop and implement a Group Digital Roadmap and specialist strategies and champion innovation in this area.
Developing and managing an annual work plan, ensuring that the technology deployed is appropriate, robust and fit for purpose, embedding best practice, acting as an advisor and providing technical expertise
Skills and Experience:
Develop staff teams and work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, other agencies and regulatory bodies.
What’s more, you're used to setting and managing budgets and writing, developing, implementing and monitoring ICT policy.
And, when it comes to identifying key targets for services and financial and human resources or applying strategic thinking to ICT issues, again, you deliver.
A willingness to travel extensively is important too, as is a flexible attitude to working hours.
