|IT Helpdesk (1st & 2nd line)
Salary up to £20k (DOE)
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm, free parking, 22 days holiday plus pension

My client based in Leeds are a market leader within industry who are looking to add to their IT team. The role of 1st Line Help Desk Advisor will see you working in a role to support 100 plus users in the one location for both 1st line & 2nd line support whilst also assisting in IT related projects.
This role would suit someone who is currently working in a service desk environment seeking more exposure and hands on experience.
You will be able to work at times alone and have ‘can do’ attitude to solving issues, act as first point of contact for user enquiries, be involved in desktop support including group policies, user accounts and permissions, conduct daily systems checks and assist in the building of PC’s and laptops.
To be considered for this available permanent opportunity it is essential that you have experience of working with Microsoft Windows 10, MAC and PC operating systems, a team player who can reach outcomes for resolution, self-motivated, positive whilst having the ability to work in fast paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their skills and experiences further with both 1st and 2nd line. Alongside being contact for issues you will work alongside the IT Manager for IT based projects.
