Our client a leading digital security organisation are seeking a full time technical support executive. Due to significant sales growth over the past year the technical team are expanding and are keen to develop a new person within the role.
The duties include: • 1st Line Technical support, assisting with system programming for production purposes and preparing quotations. • Have a good understanding of PC’s and platforms • Diagnose a problem and either assist with troubleshooting or forward onto to 2nd line support • Make calls to customers and provide updates with regards to problems • Deal with ad-hoc calls outs • Self-motivated, organised and show a keen interest in the products and customer solutions • Show initiative to work on their own
Special Requirements: • Working knowledge of PC’s & platforms • Ability to understand connected hardware • Basic electronics and wiring
