|Sales Executive / New Business Development role for someone with ERP or Accounting Software sales experience. Base salary to £50k plus car allowance and uncapped OTE of £100k.
This job is with a small, fast growing Cloud ERP software company, currently 10 strong and looking to double their sales. The role has great potential as you will be tasked with growing a sales team of juniors in the future, helping to define sales strategy and becoming the sales manager.
You will sell a leading mid-market Cloud ERP & CRM solution from one of the world's top 10 vendors. Starting salary to £50k with £5k car allowance and an OTE of £100k based on a realistic and achievable target. Average deal size is around 30 users with £50k of consultancy work and the software is fairly complex covering ERP, Finance, CRM, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Purchase Orders, Order to Cash, Ecommerce, warehousing, manufacturing and more.
They are activity based, focused on getting out there in front of the clients. You need to be able to do the whole sales role from cold calling and lead generation, to developing your own pipeline, creating and building contacts, delivering software demonstrations, documentation, quotes and proposals and closing the deals.
You will be an experienced and highly competent ERP Software Sales Executive or BDM who is successful, personable and has a proven track record in software sales and business development. You are results and target driven with a desire for success against financial and business KPIs.
They would like someone with a consultative sales approach who can gain a very good understanding of the client's requirements, and has strong negotiation and closing skills. You should also be able to get the most out of a well-rounded team environment where knowledge is shared and the common goal is client satisfaction.

You will be office based and ideally will live within a 60-90 minute commute of Caterham in Surrey.
