Crest Nicholson are now looking to recruit for an IT Project Manager based at our head office in Chertsey, focusing on the development of IT Infrastructure, Operations and Security projects. Key areas of your role and IT Infrastructure, Operations and Security projects including: * Full Project Lifecycle management, from “inception” to “embedded into service” * Meet Stakeholders expectations - Projects delivered to Time, Cost and Quality (including Functionality, Performance, Usability, Resilience, Security) * Manage projects using the approved lifecycle methodology (Prince2 or Agile-based) with appropriate controls and documentation * Manage and Liaise effectively with primary managed services provider and other third party suppliers * Define and deliver practical, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions which meet Stakeholders needs * Ensure solutions are fully embedded, and delivering agreed value set out in the business case * Contribute to Enterprise Architecture and technology roadmap development Key skills, experience and attributes we're looking for: * PRINCE2 and Agile qualified * Delivering multiple projects in parallel, using best practice project management methodologies * Exposure to Housebuilding, Construction or related sector * Experience in delivering process improvements that leverages technology as part of the solution * Defining requirements documents, RFI’s, RFP’s, solution design documents, roadmaps * Well-developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills in both formal and informal settings * A customer focused individual who is confident of providing decisions and solutions * A proven ability to work in a collaborative style, building and developing effective customer and service provider relationships * Works well as an individual or as part of a team * Must be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure * Goal delivery focused * Committed to service improvement and customer satisfaction * Broad understanding of enterprise-level IT systems and solutions As an employer of choice, we offer an extensive range of benefits, to include: * Competitive salaries and bonus schemes * Share save Scheme * Company car or car allowance * Private pension * Private healthcare and cash plan options * 25 days' annual leave * Cycle to work scheme * Gym membership discounts * Retail discounts We seek to be an ethical and progressive employer which encourages a culture of openness, creativity and continuous professional development.
