ROLE: Sales Executive, Internal Sales

LOCATION: Dartford

SALARY: £22,000 & Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, + Excellent Benefits

We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team. You will be joining at a really exciting time where you can make the most of career progression opportunities and be rewarded with a generous salary and potential to earn a fantastic commission.

Our client is an IT Consultancy and Storage Hardware Reseller who are looking to expand their internal sales team.The role will involve account managing, cold calling, (calling a list of companies and working through their database and updating client details and trying to get leads & contact details), booking meetings for the Account Managers and Business Development Managers to close deals. The role will involve some travel ( possibly to Glasgow for conferences) and into London. The role is very target driven with KPI’s to achieve.

Hungry, Motivated and a keen desire to succeed Excellent customer facing skills and great customer service Sales experience ( ideally in IT) but not essential. Experience hitting and exceeding KPI’s Previous sales experience selling a variety of Managed Services Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business Must be sales focused with the ability to self-manage and create an active pipeline. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently converse with decision makers at all levels Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Have the ability to multi-task and grow within a fast-evolving business environment Be positive in attitude and communication, with a can-do approach Enjoy working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment, willing to pass on knowledge/skills to other team members. Be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and have a stable work history Have an interest in keeping yourself updated with latest product and market knowledge Benefits
