Junior Helpdesk Analyst Milton Keynes £15K

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Alternative working weekends (08:30 - 16:30 and 16:30-00:00)

Do you possess exceptional Customer Service skills, with Customer Service experience, either within a customer facing environment or contact centre based?

Our client, based in Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team, also providing the opportunity for development and career progression.

The Role: The Junior Help desk Analyst provides a first point of contact for clients to receive support and maintenance within the organisation's EPoS environment. This includes diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers) to ensure optimal performance. The Junior Help desk Analyst will also troubleshoot basic problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide assistance where required

Required Skills: * Technical Knowledge of PCs and Desktop hardware * Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2000/2003/2008 experience preferable * Able to operate within the client standards operating procedures
