Brilliant opportunity for ambitious and driven individual to make a gradual transition into a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst position across a complex set of software systems of one of the UK's leading software houses.

As an example, we see this as a natural progression for someone who has maybe been in a support type role and has had some exposure to analysis, be it on the product, business or systems side.

After an initial period of learning the systems inside out, you will start to get involved with looking at how the systems work, are linked, taking basic requirements and writing them up as user stories, following through with development to completion/resolution.

Due to nature of the role, you will be an exceptional problem solver with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. We will expect some understanding of some of the key areas in the systems development lifecycle: capturing requirements, identifying a solution, how to build, the importance of testing. We also need some basic SQL querying experience.

The business operate an Agile way of working, so any previous experience of Scrum or Kanban, or at least an understanding of this approach will be beneficial.
