Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of the recruitment agency industry with a background in software development and/or business analysis. The candidate must have demonstrable skills in designing and writing a specification for an IT solution and some project management. Would be good for the candidate to have knowledge of Adapt UX, V11 or V9. Salesforce skills would be an advantage.

Position Overview

Reporting into the Professional Services Projects Team Leader, and working closely with our client base at all levels, the Solutions Analyst will use their expert knowledge of the recruitment sector and experience of delivering IT solutions to ensure that clients maximise the return on their investment in recruitment application technology and that a best practise approach is taken to meet their specific business needs.

Working with clients to design and deliver software solutions to improve their business processes in order to make them more efficient, compliant and profitable. This is achieved by business analysis, application of technical understanding, building relationships and innovative thinking. The clients work with a wide variety of software applications and in all recruitment market sectors so projects are diverse and require a flexible outlook.

The types of project are likely to be encountered include:

* Specing out solutions for client requirements for CRM configuration in enough detail for a developer, then testing the solution, liasing with the client through the project and potentially training or user notes for delivery. * Data Migrations from one recruitment CRM to another, mapping and import checks, client, supplier and project management. * Designing MI reports, testing and delivery. * Integrating applications with CRMs, often includes web portals, mailshot applications and timesheeting/invoicing systems. * Consultancy services to support application purchases or advise on IT solutions to changes in legislation.

With potential growth within the team forecast outside of the recruitment sector there may also be opportunities to get involved with applications development and projects outside of the recruitment sector.

Responsibilities

* Business analysis and Solution design (recruitment processes) * Documentation of solution for quoting and delivery * Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers * Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in process and systems * Project quality assurance - ensure that requirements are full understood by the project team and that the expected level of quality is met and delivered back to clients. Represent the client throughout a project. * QA and testing of solution development * Support client through user acceptance testing * Final hand over and/or training * Post-project reporting to measure and demonstrate success
