Job Description
My client, a professional legal firm, are looking for an IT Help Desk Advisor to undertake first line support queries as part of their wider IT Department.

The role requires someone who has previously undertaken a similar role including:

Taking inbound calls from business clients and diagnosing IT faults. Providing advice and support if the fault is not directly linked to the IT system Attempting to fix problems on the first call or escalating to 2nd line support. Working to strict policies and SLA's at all times

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role although full training on the company's systems and processes will be given.

In return the company offers a basic salary of up to £20,000 (depending on experience), a range of benefits including pension, healthcare and free parking. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
