This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent 1st Line IT Help desk operator to join a fast moving international Software vendor you’ll work collaboratively within a small and friendly IT Service Desk team to provide IT support to c 100 end users, spread across several sites internationally.

As a 1st line IT Helpdesk operator you will be reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skillset and progress your career in a position of responsibility. Along with general day-to-day support you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of adhoc projects on a day to day basis

In this exciting role,the 1st line IT Helpdesk operator will act as a single point of contact for phone calls, visits, emails and tickets from staff regarding IT issues, incidents and requests

In this 1st line support role you will be responsible for troubleshooting of IT related problems - software and hardware such as network, laptops, PCs, printers and mobile / smart phones

You will provide desk side support / troubleshooting or remote support.

As a 1st line IT Helpdesk operator,you will need to maintain a high degree of customer service and take responsibility / ownership for support queries from start to finish, escalating if necessary
