|Mentmore is currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist for a client in the financial services to be based in their Watford office, 5 days a week.
The IT Support Specialist will be supporting the 180 employees in the organisation in a Microsoft environment. Providing 1st and 2nd line support on hardware and software issues whilst also filtering the support tickets to correct department and teams.
You should have:
* Administration experience for Windows Server 2012 – 2019, e.g. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, File Server.
* Experience with Office365 services, e.g. Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, OneDrive, Endpoint management
* VOIP phone system administration.
* Jira knowledge/experience
