|Senitor are pleased to be working with a leading business in the construction field, as they are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their growing IT Services function. The role will be based primarily from their Leeds site however there may be flexibility based on location and they are offering a hybrid approach with some home-working.
The successful applicant will join the business' successful 3rd Line team, so applicants should have previous, demonstratable experience in a 3rd Line Application Support role.
Incident / Problem resolution and request fulfilment Monitoring and tuning of Application performance Application upgrades and patches Service Transition and Introduction Application and Integration Layer Event Management Project support A key focus on customer service to the business Training and mentoring of colleagues and junior members of the team Acting as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line members of the team Configuring applications and software Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Experience working in an Application Support role or similar Supporting iPaaS integration platform (such as Snaplogic) Experience and knowledge of supporting and configuring ERP applications Cloud-based technologies Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (i.e. Change, Incident, Service Transition, Problem management) Experience in a customer-facing role and excellent communication skills.
